In 1948, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled that housing covenants restricting home ownership based on race are unconstitutional. Leading the charge in that historic case was Margaret Bush Wilson, JD (right). Her legacy and that case will be explored at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 22, in Anheuser-Busch Hall, Bryan Cave Moot Courtroom. The event will feature Theodore M. Shaw, JD, law professor at Columbia University.

New School of Medicine research shows that chronic itching, which can occur in many medical conditions, is different from the urge to scratch a mosquito bite. Chronic itching appears to incorporate more than just the nerve cells that normally transmit itch signals.
